It is ideal for the on-the-go couple, small family, or fishing the local lakes and rivers. It features a newly remodeled bathroom with a full size shower. The kitchen is well appointed and includes a toaster, blender, full size stove and refrigerator, double sink, coffee maker, cooking utensils, coffee, basic spices and condiments. The living room area has a television and brand new couch. The bedroom has new queen size bed. There is a comfortable screened porch with a bar area that overlooks the firepit area and Laurel Fork Creek. There is also a tent spot for the kids if you want the GLAMPING EXPERIENCE.It is located less than half mile from the intersection of US 321 and US 19 and provides easy access to Tri-Cities area. It is two miles to Watauga Lake and Cherokee National Forest. Bristol Motor Speedway, Johnson City and Roan Mountain are all about 20 minutes away. Go antiquing in downtown Elizabethton (8 mi.) and you will feel like you are in 1965. Tube, raft, kayak or fish the local rivers.
