Photohaus Baldy is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury ski condo on the 2nd level of the Alta PhotoHaus. This contemporary condo boasts bright and sleek interiors, two living areas, two master suites, and a private outdoor hot tub overlooking the Alta ski slopes and High Rustler. Relaxation comes easy at PhotoHaus Baldy. The inviting living room is adorned with contemporary Mitchell Gold furnishings, a gas fireplace and a queen sofa sleeper inviting guests to stretch out in modern style on their ski vacation. The gourmet kitchen is designed with your vacation in mind and features high-end appliances and essentials, an espresso maker, and a dining area for celebrating vacation time with friends and family. The Alta PhotoHaus Baldy condo accommodates a maximum of 6 guests in style! The dual ensuite bedrooms with king or twin-bed configurations and private bathrooms offer flexibility and privacy for a night of comfort after exploring the slopes of Alta and Snowbird. Snowbird is minutes away on free public transportation.SUMMER: Easy access to hiking and biking. NO AIR CONDITIONING IN UNIT.PARKING: There is one parking spot for The Photohaus Baldy. It is directly in front of the unit. Please display Alta Chalets parking pass clearly on rearview mirror and park in designated Photohaus parking spot.ALTA SHUTTLE: Alta Resort Shuttle runs mid-December to early April. Call our office for specific dates. PLEASE NOTE: The PhotoHaus building is located on a hillside and has three levels. There is a flight of stairs to reach level one and the Mount Baldy and Flagstaff units are located on levels two and three respectively. NEARBY PROPERTIES: PhotoHaus Flagstaff The Flagstaff and the Baldy Photohaus have a fantastic location, just across the street from the Alta Ski Area. If you are familiar with Alta, these two units are just across the street from the Alta Lodge. So in the morning, you have two options to get to Alta. You can either jump on the Free Alta Resort Shuttle or ski down. The Resort Shuttle stops right by the house and will take you to either the Sunnyside base area for beginners or it will also take you to the Collins Base. If you want to ski, you can just walk across the street, down perhaps 10 Alta Lodge stairs to step into your skis to ski down to the Collins base (or jump on the rope tow to go to the Sunnyside base). To return home at the end of the ski day, you can either ride the Resort Shuttle again or you can jump on the Alta Lodge rope tow to go uphill to get back to the stairs that you started from that morning.To get to Snowbird to go skiing, you would just take that Alta Resort Shuttle to The View Condominiums stop to ski down the intermediate “Whodunnit” run to Snowbird. At the end of the day, you can return to that same location to hop back on the Resort Shuttle to go back to the Photohaus.Important note: Alta Resort Shuttle runs mid-December to early April.
