Dry Creek Ranch features a fully renovated farmhouse, and an elegant floor plan, delicately arranged to make you feel right at home! The chef-style kitchen is a wonderful mix of farmhouse and modern, with stainless appliances, the granite countertops are wide and spacious, and the eating bar makes an excellent serving area for that delightful family buffet.The living room features a large smart TV, a striking rock fireplace, and comfortable seating perfect for gamedays or entertainment. The 2nd full bath is in the hallway for easy access for all.
