It is outfitted with a gas stove top, double ovens, large single bowl sink, pantry and eat up bar with seating for 4. Laundry room is just off the kitchen and is fully stocked for our guests. Just off the living room, you'll discover an amazing outdoor space that truly sets Ol' Sarge apart. Step onto the screened-in porch, where a large sectional surrounds a smart TV—perfect for movie nights or catching the game.Venture outside to enjoy the many outdoor amenities. Soak in the hot tub, which comfortably seats eight, or gather around the fire pit with ample seating. The massive outdoor kitchen is a grill master's dream, featuring a bar top with seating for ten, a grill and smoker, and two sink stations—one with a commercial setup. Play darts or cornhole while watching the game(s) on the 2 smart TV's. There's even a dog run for your furry friends.Back inside, Ol' Sarge offers three comfortable bedrooms. The king suite features an ensuite smart TV, bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, complete with two shower heads and a rain head. Please be respectful of our neighbors. There are surveillance cameras outside to ensure the safety and security of our property and guests.Pets are welcome but for a $100 one-time fee PER pet. We have a dog run outside they may be kept in. If inside, Dogs must be potty trained and house broken. Any pet urine stains found from any animal will result in a $250 fee being assessed plus the cost of any damages. Any additional damage done to the house by any animal will be charged full replacement cost and paid 100% by the guest. Any holes dug by dogs must be filled in or repaired prior to check out or a $150 will be assessed. No exceptions. Trash is collected on Wednesday (must be placed out on Tuesday night as it is an early collection) and Recycling is collected every other Thursday. We will contact you about placing these items out if it occurs during your stay. Please Please Please respect our neighbors. NO Smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please ensure all lights and fans are turned off before leaving along with ALL appliances. Please thoroughly clean and stow all used dishes. No candles, glitter, or plug in air fresheners are allowed. No tape or anything sticky is permitted on the walls or any part of the home. Please do not use our white washcloths or towels to remove your makeup. Please use the plain black towels or the black towels with “makeup” written on them. Any ruined towels will be charged to the guests ($10) to replace. Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check out. We include a reminder in our check out instructions. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick up of items with the hosts and under some circumstances we will mail items for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment. If you break something, it’s your duty and your responsibility to report it. All doors are to be shut swiftly after entry and exit - our security system will alert us if any doors or windows are open longer than 5 minutes and we will contact you to close ASAP. Please place all furniture back where you found it. Please Leave all rollaway beds on the 2nd floor. If you need extra linens, let us know! Please do not help yourself to our stock on the 1st floor.Events are NOT allowed BUT might be considered (i.e. bridal shower, baby shower). Two night minimum. If APPROVED a fee will be assessed. An Additional security deposit will be required paid directly to owner of $500 and a rental contract will be signed. Minimum $250 charge for any event on top of nightly rates. Guests will be required to clean any trash and return the property back into the condition it was delivered. All loud noise must be silenced by 9 PM. No exceptions. If excess trash is left a $100 fee will be assessed. ****We reserve the right to cancel your reservation alert authorities, if necessary, if any of our house rules are being violated or if our home is being mistreated or damaged. We kindly ask our guests to please treat our home like it is your own! We want to be able to provide services for our guests for years to come and your kindness and consideration helps make that happen. Hot Tub Rules: USE THE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK! Maximum occupancy in the hot tub is 8 adults. Use Caution: Use the hot tub at your own risk. Please be cautious and mindful of slippery surfaces. Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult while in or near the hot tub. NO children under 12 are NOT allowed in the hot tub. Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub to maintain water quality. No Glassware: For safety reasons, please do not bring glassware or other breakable items into the hot tub area. If glass is broken on or near the hot tub a $1000 cleaning, draining, refilling fee fill be charged. No Food or Drink: To keep the hot tub clean, please refrain from eating or drinking while in the water. Temperature Control: To adjust the temperature, please press the arrow keys up or down on the panel. We recommend keeping the water temperature between 95-104 Degrees. Time Limits: To allow all guests to enjoy the hot tub and for safety, please limit your usage to 30 Minutes. No Diving or Jumping: For your safety, diving or jumping into the hot tub is strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Please refrain from using the hot tub during quiet hours, which are from 10 PM to 7 AM. If using the hot tub later, guests must adhere to our quiet hours and not disturb the neighbors. Cover Use: Guests must replace the hot tub cover (blue plastic) after use to maintain water temperature, water level and cleanliness. Report Issues: Guests need to report any maintenance issues or concerns with the hot tub promptly. If the hot tub is dirty and needs to be drained and refilled a $1000 fine will be charged to the guest.
