Located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, within a stones throw of Crestview Park and Wonderland Lake and just a 7 minute drive to Pearl Street and 10 minutes to CU.Walking distance to Lucky's Market & Bakery and an excellent coffee shop and wine store.Ground Floor: Large open plan living area with fast wifi, Sonos speaker system, HD TV with Apple TV, Netflix etc. Alexa controlled lighting and heating.Fully stocked professional chef's kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals.Trifold doors and windows open up to create a fabulous indoor, outdoor living space with gas BBQ, fire pit and bar.Large office with computer and printer available for your use.Fully fenced in backyard with large lawn.Upstairs:Master with King bed, TV with Apple TV - En-suite Master Bath features a walk in steam shower and soaking tub. Two further bedrooms with Queen beds and shared bathroom with walk in shower.Downstairs:Fully finished Basement with two bedrooms both with Queen beds, one en-suite with walk in shower. Pool Table, Darts board & Large TV with Fire TV / Netflix etc.We also have a high chair, 2 pack-n-plays and a twin mattress that will fit in any bedroom.Stair gates can be installed upon request.Guests will have access to the entire property except for owners closets and the garage. There is plenty of space in our driveway for parking.Smart locks with key code provided for guest entry.Guests will be required to read and acknowledge our House Rules before a reservation can be completed.We will be on call for any issues during your stay.
