Beautifully appointed one-bedroom condo is 1000 square feet with a queen-size bed, one-and-a-half baths, private entrance, 12 ft. ceilings, slab granite counter tops, large windows, gourmet kitchen, Hunter Douglas shades, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, bamboo floors, and small balcony. There's a large sunny patio at the nearby coffee shop and bakery. Internet, Netflix, Sonos, Pandora. End unit with amazing views of the Boulder foothills. Modern stainless appliances, finishes and furniture - mostly Room and Board. A comfortable, relaxing, cozy respite with a commanding view. I welcome guests who will appreciate and take care of the many nice things this home has to offer. Pets can be a problem - please ask if you can bring one.
