The laundry room, equipped with brand new appliances is also located in the basement in a separate room. On the main floor is a spacious, modern kitchen, which opens up to the living room, dining room and a large walk-out deck. The deck is situated in such a way that it has privacy from the street and an open, unobstructed view of the flatirons.
