Blossom Bungalow is at the center of a triangle consisting of Downtown Denver, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, and Boulder, and is 20 minutes away from each locale. You are 10 minutes from I-70, which leads to all nearby ski resorts. There are lots of lakes within driving distance. See Location tab for more.OTHER THINGS TO NOTEBackyard is shared with host, who lives in the walk-out basement and walks only through the yard to enter/exit but will not be spending time there. Guests are on the private main floor with the main entrance separate form host entrance. Stairwell from basement will be deadbolt-locked during guests’ entire stay.Blossom Bungalow has a Ring doorbell facing the front patio, along with one exterior security camera above the garage facing the front of the house, and one exterior security camera on the back wall facing the back of the house. No cameras are inside the property. Cameras are motion-activated, with recordings stored in the cloud for a month.Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a fine (minimum $1,000). Guests can smoke on the outdoor back porch.No parties permitted per Vrbo regulations.No pets permitted.
