We have also added designer tile floors to the guest bathroom upstairs and the laundry room. Bathrooms have been remodeled too, with the master getting a new vanity and custom quartzite countertop, all new lighting and the other guest bathroom has a new vanity and all new lighting and new tile floor. Every light in the home has been replaced and the whole home has been repainted, so looks fresh and clean. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms- a king in the master and queen beds in the other two guest rooms. All carpet has been removed throughout and installed with the hard wood floors.Basement has brand new Designer Kitchenette with Fridge/ Dishwasher, and built-in Quartzite counters. Quartzite counter for office use and quiet/ private. from upstairs. It has a built-in monitor with HDMI connection for multiple screens (2) are available. Basement has day bed that can be made into a King size bed to sleep 2 people. Bedroom is downstairs with Queen bed that sleeps 2 people. Owners sleep here here when not rented, so you will see her books and clothes, but you have access to the drawer space that is available. Closet in basement is not available for use. Basement has newly remodeled walk-in shower, new vanity and all newly tiled floor. (Pics coming soon)!The fully stocked kitchen captures your culinary imagination with the gas stove, all stainless Frigidaire appliances and plenty of space to cook with family and friends. Kitchen has granite counters and luxury high end cherry cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a coffee bar & new Nespresso machine. There is space for 3 people at the bar which is adjacent to the dining room and. overlooks the large 65" screen Roku TV in the sunroom. The sun room boasts a Peloton stationary bike and a 65" Smart TV as well as plenty of seating on the love seat couch and green swivel chair.Another large 75" Smart Roku TV in the living room offers a choice of entertainment options with beautiful sectional with ottomon, and comfy barrel chair.The dining table inside seats 6.Outdoors the deck area has a 4 patio outdoor swivel chairs that is high top bar seating and an area where there are a few wicker chairs and table with umbrella for some wonderful shade and all of this has a lovely view of the lake.High speed internet is available for our guest working remotely (or just having fun online).The back yard area features the pool, a grassy area.Just minutes from Denver’s main highways, you will have quick and easy access to Downtown Denver, Downtown Boulder as well as the foothills/mountains. This home is a short drive to boutique shops and highly-rated restaurants in Olde Town Arvada!A cat lives at the house with the owner when not rented.WARNING we have a cat that lives with us. He won’t be there when you visit and we clean after him very well but if you have extreme allergies this location may not be for you.There are feather down pillows available for your use in some of the rooms. Extra cleaning fees will be applied if the house is not cared for and not left reasonably clean:- ‘Reasonably clean’ includes: washing the dishes you have used, disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in outside of the garage in driveway.- Leaving furniture/beds in their original location, all towels and linens must be accounted for.Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup.-Trash: Trash bins are on the side of the house. Please place all trash in bags before placing it in the bin. We have recycling and ask that you please do not put any recycling in a bag.6. BBQ is also available for you use. Please make sure to turn off the gas as the tank can leak and it can also be dangerous. We do not guarantee that there will be gas in the propane tank and if you find that the tank is empty, we have extra tanks on the side of the home next to the trash bins, or please just message Hillary and ask here where they are located and if needed, switch it out and if there are none, we ask that you please go get a replacement tank to switch it out at the local store in town and send us a receipt and we will reimburse you for it.7. Please no illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises.8. Please no illegal activities of any kind is allowed on the premises and that includes any commercial videotaping of any kind. Please inquire about any commercial videotaping or if you want to conduct an interview at the home as it is permitted on a case by case.9. We have video cameras outside of the home in the front to help keep you safe as well as protect the property. Don't be alarmed, there are none inside.Please note, we charge $250 for any cancellation.
