TRULY, ITS HOME AWAY FROM HOME!Cozy, comfy split 2 bedroom layout with two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully functional with Whirlpool 2 Door Ice maker fridge, 5 range stove, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender and all the extras needed for your cooking. The living room is equipped with a Bose home theater system, LG 55 Inch LCD TV, BlueRay Player, Chrome Cast Streaming and WiFi . Entertain in our custom designed patio.Guests will use the lock box for entry. Guests have access to the whole home. This home has two car garage.We do our best to provide and accommodate our guests. We live in the area and are available via text/phone.Nice, quiet neighborhoodPlease read (in detail) the house manual and rules. Respect the privacy of neighborhood residents, please only communicate with me if you need anything. Only park on drive way or inside garage. Enjoy!Please read carefully. These are VERY IMPORTANT rules that require you and your guests to abide by, and they MUST be honored. We trust that our guests will tidy up themselves. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged from your security deposit. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call host. Please review rental rules before confirming your booking. Confirmation of reservation conveys acceptance of rental rules.1. Smoking or burning candles or open flames are NOT allowed inside this property.2. Only the guest(s) listed on the rental may stay overnight on this property.3. Property Managers/Homeowner(s) will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Homeowner(s) are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property.4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good condition and clean. Put all furnishings, kitchen supplies, etc. back in their right place.5. Please respect this property by abstaining from making unreasonable noise or playing loud music at all times.**a. Events and parties are not allowed. This property is located in residential area. Loud noise, especially outside, is discouraged, and strictly prohibited after 9pm. **b. Illegal substances and/or activities are strictly prohibited.**c. Owner or Owner's Representative has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules is violated.6. Only use appliances for their intended uses7. PETS are NOT allowed on this property.8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not provided. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. If you run out of clean linens and towels etc. during your stay, you are responsible for laundering the linens to replenish them. **a. Please place all used dished in the dishwasher with dishwasher detergent and turn on prior to departure.**b. Please do NOT wash any blankets, pillow shams, comforters, and mattress covers. We handle the cleaning of these.**c. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils or lotions on the linens.**d. IMPORTANT: Guests staying over 3 days are required to launder the towels and linens during their stay. BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE: Put the last load to be laundered in the washer with detergent and turn on for the staff to put in the dryer.**e. AC: Please do not set temp below 75.9. Check out Policy: Please check out of property by 11am on your departure day, unless host has given you other check out permissions. Upon your departure, Please place all keys in lockbox. Missing keys will result in a $50 replacement fee that will be deducted from the security deposit.10. If smoking or pet is detected on the property, $300 fee will be automatically forfeited.11. Property should only have moderate use as would a hotel stay.12. Please clean after yourself as you would at home.13. Help our environment and recycle and place trash in respective bins. All have been labeled for your convenience.14. Only park vehicle on drive way or inside garage. Please do not park on the street.
