Enjoy boating, kayaking, fishing, and more. if you had relaxing in mind, this is the perfect place. Relax with a cup of coffee or your favorite cocktail on the back decks watching the nature and the boats go by. This home offers a fully stocked Kitchen including a ninja blender and air fryer. There's lots of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas with TVs and dvds. If you are a coffee lover, you're in luck. We have a Keurig, expresso machine and a drip coffee maker....all take ground coffee. Also included is boat dock, firepit (wood included and on site), 1 kayak, 1 paddle board and yard games. Gas grill for BBQ lovers. Minutes away from downtown Fenton where you can find the best dining, winery, brewery, golf, shopping, ice cream, shopping, farmer market and more. Public boat launch 1 mile away. All boats must be pulled out at night.Split level home. Requires stairs. Not handicap accessible.
