Nestled in the foothills of North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, this three-acre retreat surrounded by National Forest offers a private hideaway where guests can delight in all-season views and quiet country living while enjoying all the contemporary comforts of home. Two porches provide plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, with a gas grill and both a propane firepit and a sunstove firepit setting the stage for backwoods barbecues and starlight s'mores. The large kitchen comes well-appointed for family style meal prep with a full suite of major appliances, plus a sizable pantry and breakfast bar seating. The open living room is designed for comfortable group gatherings with a fireplace, leather seating, and a smart TV. Home essentials include StarLink internet, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.THINGS TO KNOWStarlink satellite for internet. It's good, but it is not fiber. Well behaved pets are allowed at this vacation rental for an additional cleaning fee. No pets are allowed on the furniture. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.Trash is picked up once a week on Wednesday. The trash can is located under the deck and has a bear proof lock. Please don't leave trash out or you may have unwanted guests!
