This tiny house/studio offers a large yard for your pet and kiddos to play, plenty of off-street parking and a shared picnic area complete with BBQ and firepit. If you need more space, please check out our other listing, Mama Bear's Den.Baby Bear's Playhouse is an approximately 200 square foot tiny house ideal for one person or a couple, possibly traveling with a small child. It is a studio with a kitchenette, a combined seating and sleeping area, and a full bathroom. This tiny house has a small deck with a small table for outdoor dining. You can take the short trail to the enclosed picnic area where you will find a fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating ideal for toasting marshmallows and roasting hot dogs. There is a charcoal BBQ. The picnic area is a shared space with our other guests and is perfect place to make new friends.Baby bears Playhouse is open for your enjoyment. This is not a shared space so it is your private rental with a porch included. There is a shared space at the end of the front lawn, a fire pit. The fire pit is enclosed for Renters privacy from the community.Guests can always reach me on my phone, call or text and I will get back to you ASAP.
