Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).- Please expect to hear road noise as we are at a busy intersection. We are also right next door to an event center as well as train tracks. Earplugs are provided! - We do have 2 other units on-site so expect to see other guests.-PARKING- can be limited at max capacity. You may have to utilize street parking.-Absolutely no smoking or drug use is allowed at this property.-No pets allowed on the property. You must advise the host if bringing a service animal ahead of time. -Concierge service available! Private chef, grocery delivery, in-room massage, and more!-For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
