This 2000 sq ft comfortable rural basement suite has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a washer/dryer, & a fully equipped kitchen with a separate entrance on the west side of the house for your privacy with parking located nearby for quick and easy access.It has no stairs, including the entrance, and includes a private full bathroom, washer/dryer, a full kitchen with a full fridge, stove, microwave, and all of your kitchen needs.The family room has a new smart TV, so you can access your streaming accounts.The spaceThe master bedroom has a king-sized bed, desk, dresser, and 2 closets.The second bedroom has one queen bed, dresser, over-stuffed chair, and walk-in closet with pack-n-play, iron, and ironing board.The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a desk and a dresser.The kitchen is well-stocked with the necessities (dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots and pans, a blender, salt, and pepper). Full-sized washer and dryer are included.Dining table with 6 chairs. Big and spacious family room with a comfortable sofa to relax.Other things to note30 minutes to Denver International Airport, downtown Denver, Elitch Gardens, and other exciting museums and attractions. Easy access to the major freeways and highways.Do you like sports? 30 minutes to all major stadiums like the Broncos, Nuggets, and Rockies!If you're looking to hit the ski slopes or explore our beautiful mountains, you are only an hour's drive away from the base of the mountains.Please note that even with the space being exclusively yours, you may at times hear upstairs noise. All outdoor space is shared space.This space does contain a wood-burning fireplace, but no fires are allowed.The apartment is well-stocked, but if I have forgotten anything, or you have forgotten to bring something during your stay, let us know so that we can help make your stay more comfortable!
