Lake and Mountain Getaway "Balsam B" is located just 100 yards from Kezar Lake's crystal beaches and vast view of a picturesque mountain range (The White Mountains). When renting Balsam B you will have access to all of the following: two beaches, floating docks, clay tennis court, and fishing options.This is a studio cottage and features a full bath, loft area, screened in porch, and rustic design. The kitchenette is equipped with a table top griddle, toaster, microwave, coffee pot – there is not however a sink in the kitchenette. It should also be noted that there is a full sized refrigerator, plenty of food storage space, modest dinner wear and a grill to ensure you can complete any meal of your choosing while relaxing in your home away from home. Don't feel like cooking? Order take out or have a meal at the Center Lovell Store! Just 1 mile up the road.This is a studio cottage . It is equipped for sleeping up to 4 people. A queen sized futon doubles as a couch during the day time in the main area of the cottage. One twin sized bed is located in the loft area that is accessible by ladder.
