Fantastic home on 18 acres! Perfect for family getaways and corporate retreats. Come and enjoy newly furnished 6 bedroom hillside cabin! This home offers luxury and comfort in the country. Relax in the outdoor game room and cook dinner over the propane grill, take a walk in the woods or wet a hook in the pond or creek! Wildlife seen on property includes deer, ferrel hogs, turkey, armadillo, raccoons, squirrels and hawks. Woods are a mix of majestic elm, pecan, oak, and bois d'arc trees.Bedrooms include 2 downstairs king master suites with private bath rooms; the downstairs queen bedroom and 4 twin bunk room share a Jack and Jill bathroom; 2 bunk rooms upstairs have 4 full and 8 twin beds. Huge, open kitchen for entertaining with granite countertops is great for family meal preparation and serving. In addition to cooking and eating utensils in the kitchen, we also stock one-time plates, forks, spoons and drinking cups. Guests can use the laundry room which has a large-capacity open-top washer and front door dryer. Laundry detergent, bleach and fabric softener are provided.Conveniently located off Texas State Highway 82, 15 minutes west of Sherman, less than an hour from Frisco. You are only a few miles from antiquing/junking in Whitesboro downtown area, visit the Lovejoy's for a shake! Take advantage of nearby Lake Texoma for boating and fishing, or visit the Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge.When requesting reservation, please describe the reason for your travel and the number of people in your group, including the children. There is a maximum 22 people that can stay in this home including children. Renter must be at least 25 years old. We are sorry, but due to wildlife considerations, and out of concern for the safety of your animal, NO PETS are allowed.This is a great place to relax and host families whether you are a large family or a crew coming to town!
