Cottage #1 Sunrise over the Lake Spectacular View So there's this place out in the county where the birds sing and the bees buzz and the children laugh and play! The pool is warm and the cottages are cool! The dock where you can fish, relax, park your boat or jump off is waiting for you! We are open year round.A large one bedroom cottage with a stunning view of Bull Shoals Lake. Fully Furnished down to the coffee pot! Just bring your food, beach towel and perhaps your boat. . A whirlpool tub is just one of the items here to help you relax. Home made soap made by the owner. A free boat slip is included in your rental. So go fishing, water skiing, scuba diving or just go jump in the lake. Oh and we have a pool with a view located on the hillside. ( Memorial Day to Labor Day) please ask if the weather is nice we leave it open longer. BBQ right beside your deck and a picnic table so you can enjoy the view of Bull Shoals while you eat.Please keep in mind you are in the great outdoors. Along with the beauty come creepy crawly things like chiggers, ticks, snakes, wasps and flies. Bringing some bug spray along helps as well as keeping doors closed at all times. You may see some deer, turkey's, armadillos, since we are in the woods a bear or coyote and other predictors may be near so use caution.The Dock! Included in your rental is a slip in our 6 stall dock. The stalls measure 10x20. There is electric to plug in your toys, a ladder to help you back up if you choose to jump in. Please note the following.The army core of engineers controls our lake level. At time you can drive the 250 yards from the resort and park and walk right onto the dock. If the levels are high you will need to hike down the trail. Both ways are walkable but are steep and a rocky incline. So use caution. At times of high water an alternative boat launch will be needed. There is no sandy beach it is a rocky area. You will find boating and fishing rules in each cottage and agree to follow all rules.We have 2 game cameras on the dock!!! There is NO lifeguard at either the dock or pool you agree to use at your own risk. Owners are not liable or stolen or damaged properly.
