Off-site, you'll enjoy the property's close proximity to Keystone Tennis Center, the Keystone Conference Center, and Keystone Lake (including the winter ice rink). The Mountain House Lodge ski lifts are just over a mile east; the Keystone Nordic Center is only two miles west. There is a shuttle stop to the mountain right outside the door. Come summertime, tee off at the River Course (two miles) or the Ranch Course (four miles), both within a short drive. Large windows and natural wood accents fill the condo with warmth and atmosphere, making it a delight to return to after a day of adventure. On winter evenings, curl up by the gas fireplace to thaw your icy toes, stream a movie or two on the smart TV, and watch the snow pile up outside. In the warmer months, light the gas grill for a barbecue on the deck and settle in with a cold drink, a seat at the outdoor table, and a view of the mountains. When it's time to turn in, choose between one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs - all paired with full bathrooms, TVs, and great windows framing the alpine landscape.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.The weight and number of dogs are highly enforced by the HOA property manager, so please adhere to the guidelines. Fees will be taken out of the deposit.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
