Ghost Canyon Getaway Main House Beautiful quiet getaway in the Black Hills, located only 10 minutes from Custer State Park, 25 minutes from Mt Rushmore, 35 minutes from Rapid City, SD. Guided horse back rides offered by J & F Tails and Trails next to the property.Rustic home built in 1920 with a log "great room" added in the 1980's from local trees. The great room was recently remodeled in 2023. Property will sleep 9 (2 queen beds, 1 full, a twin trundle and a roll a way), has 2 bathrooms and plenty of room to relax. The house has a stove and oven in it and there are plenty of options for cooking. The kitchen has a kitchen table, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, sink, and outside BBQ with a side burner. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, plates, pans and utensils for cooking if you want to cook in instead of eating out.The unit has heat and window air conditioning units, free internet, and satellite TV. We provide bed linens, towels, and kitchen utensils. The rooms are cleaned when you check out and a one-time cleaning fee is charged. If you need additional towels or bed linens during your stay, just let us know.The property has a common fire pit for all guests enjoyment and a basketball hoop for the kids to burn off their energy.
