Find a fantastic public beach on Lake Petenwell only one mile away and Sand Valley Golf Resort two miles away.This two-level home is both classic and comfortable. Enter into the main living space upstairs to find large windows that let in the light and an open layout that brings together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. The kitchen has every essential appliance needed, an island breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining table. There are three small decks with seating outside, all with a view of the woods and one with a gas grill for summer barbecues.At night, you can pile on the sectional sofa in the living room to watch movies or head downstairs to play pool in the billiard room or watch movies in the den. When it's time to turn in, you'll have your choice of two bedrooms on the main floor, including a primary suite with a soaking tub in its private bathroom.
