New modern house perfect for groups or families Built in 2020 and located in a safe quiet neighborhood, this family home will be the perfect accommodations for the duration of EAA. This home has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and the ability to accommodate up to 12 people. 3 queen beds, 1 double, 2 twins. The house could accommodate 2 additional people with 1 thick queen air mattress placed comfortably in the playroom for privacy (air mattress upon request and bedding provided). Please note this is our family home and available during the week of EAA only. This home has two living rooms and a lower level bar area. Our home is well stocked with all necessities and modern luxuries including- bedding, towels, dishes/ kitchen essentials, espresso machine, 3 smart tv’s with Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/Prime Video, gas fireplace, soaker tub, washer and dryer. Bringing young kids?- high chair, pack-n-play, stroller, car seats, etc available upon request. Home is located 13 miles from Appleton International Airport (ATW) and 19 miles from the EAA grounds.Guests have access to the entire home besides the pantry and lower level storage/utility room where personal belongings are locked.
