The luxury vinyl plank tiles in the living room and bedrooms give a fresh coastal look and feel to the condo and complement the ceramic tiles of the kitchen and baths. Many new furniture pieces with built-in plugs/usb ports to make charging your devices simple, no more hunting behind dressers for a plug. New Queen and Twin mattresses/beds and smart TV's in every room make this Gulf Front 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo very desirable. The Gulf-front living room has a 50" smart TV with DVD player, comfy seating and a sliding glass door to a private balcony. The Gulf-front master bedroom has a King size bed, 32" smart TV, hotel style safe, slider door to the balcony and ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and 32" smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 32" smart TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. Perfect for getting the sand off the kiddos! The private balcony has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a lounge chair. There is a small beach toy box with a few items for the kids to use to play in the sand. The fully appointed kitchen has beautiful granite counters with a breakfast bar. All the amenities of home, to include extras like a dual brew coffee maker and crockpot. No need to overpack there is a washer/dryer inside the condo. There is FREE secure WiFi in the condo. Assigned parking space, limited guest spaces.
