The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. 'this unit is not beachfront'Meander to the beach for a morning walk or a front-row seat for the colorful sunset.There is an elevator in the garage and assigned parking space too.HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants. Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July, and Aug. One week minimum stay. No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unitNo Pets. Emotional Support/Service Animal Requirements from the HOA:The dog must be under 25lbs.They need to know the breed.Must have a letter from the veterinarian stating that the dog is an emotional support animal.-One Assigned parking spot No Parties.
