You won't be disappointed by this beautifully decorated beach condo offering amazing views from the front and back of this condo. This 1060 sq. ft spacious condo accommodates up to 8 guests. The open floor plan allows you to be in kitchen and still see out to the beach. A welcoming master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, access to the balcony, private full updated bath. The two other bedrooms in the front of the condo are of good size. Guest bedroom #1- two twin beds; Guest bedroom #2- 2-queen beds, tv, ceiling fan; updated hall bath with tub/shower combo. Come and relax on the balcony, overlooking the sandy white beaches, people watch or finish the day sipping a cold drink watching the sunsets. This condo comes fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, bath and bed linens including cable tv and wireless internet. Beach chair/loungers rentals available right there on the beach. Bed linens/bath towels/beach towels/bath and kitchen starter sets are provided; cable tv and wireless internet provided; Beach community-share box on premises with beach chair/loungers rentals available right there on the beach. Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.Resort amenities include: (1)-assigned parking space per unit #1005 (with VERY limited open parking spaces for additional vehicles), owner/management cannot guarantee availability on additional vehicle parking and does not have access to additional parking spaces), a large heated pool, Jacuzzi, and bbq area! Walk on the beach or check out the local shops and restaurants. Activities: SunCoast beach trolley- will take you from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach daily with unlimited stops for one price, Uber or try out the Island Beach Hoppers, a beach taxi. A short drive away from POPULAR Clearwater- for array of shops, restaurants, bars and much much more-- or Clearwater Marine Aquarium; A convenient drive to Florida's major attractions- Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World; Or try your hand at putt-putt, at Smuggler's Cove right down the road, The Pub Restaurant, Seabreeze Restaurant to just name a few. Visit John's Pass Village and Boardwalk in Madeira Beach for shopping, jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing, dolphin watch excursion rentals, bars and plenty of choices to eat; or visit Downtown St. Petersburg for museums, dining, cafe's and shops on popular Beach Drive.
