Don't Miss This One; On Lake Michigan in a beautiful secluded forest. The Tree House is secluded in its own forest, +/- 120' from the water's edge with 168' of private beach with panoramic views of Petoskey, Charlevoix, Beaver Island and on a really clear day you can see the Fox Islands. We are the second house north of 5 mile creek so there is not much foot traffic on the beach coming from the south; this makes the beach extra private. Besides beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach and beach fires there is a plethora of activities near by. Biking on the famous Tunnel of Trees, kayaking, 5 minutes to restaurants, 11 miles to Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob, 19 miles to Bay Harbor, 38.9 miles to Mackinaw City and Docks to Mackinaw Island. We hope you enjoy your stay! Beware, it is a tough place to leave.Monthly, or full season rates are negotiable. Reservations are made on a first paid, first confirmed basis. Reservations will only be confirmed after a deposit of 50% of the total rental is received. Deposits must be received within one week of verbal or written commitment. After that, the space may be released for other renters.
