Beautiful downtown public beach is just a short 10 min walk away. Also includes: Use of a kayak and tandem kayak on site at your own risk. Dock and kayaks guaranteed to be in place Memorial day to Labor Day.This is an entire home with exception of attached garage and breezeway. Garage is accessed by owner only and at will5th bedroom also has a desk and spare monitor for anyone who has to work remote while visiting :-(4 queens beds, 2 bunk beds (2 fulls, and 2 twins) Maximum guest count is 14Only 4 Parking spots available with rental.
