In the summer it’s the place to be. In the winter it’s filled with fun events like the polar plunge, ice golf, pond hockey, ice racing, and ice fishing. It is anactive lake with jet ski's, wake boarding, water skiing,sailing, and fishing. The apartment does have stairs and is not handicap accessible. On Friday and Saturday night there is a DJ and it is very loud upstairs until bar close. Quite a bit quieter during the week but still above a bar. It is possible for a boat slip for an additional $200 per night. Apartment includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, 3 bedrooms, 3 closets, 1 bathroom with shower only, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and two outside decks
