Cabin is on quiet country road 5 miles from town which has restaurants, store, clinic, public tennis court. A gentle trail to the river- just 300 feet, see photo. One of the few rentals ON THE RIVER. Willow Creek is on Hwy 299 one hour east of Arcata, 2 hours west of Redding. We are across the river from highway. Great any time of year, summer, spring and fall are lovely! Families, kayakers, rafters and fishermen enjoy staying here. (Email / call about your dates if Homeaway does not let you book the nights you want - Day trips possible to coastal beaches (1 hour) and Redwood National Park (2 hr)
