The farmhouse has an open living room, dining room and vintage kitchen with new appliances & attached sunporch. There are two bedrooms, a meditation/yoga room or library, and a cozy den with twin day bed, wood stove, front porch and separate entrance. Full ceramic tile bathroom with vintage porcelain sink and newly glazed tub and a view of the back yard. There are many windows and wood floors throughout. The house is set on three gorgeous rolling acres with plenty of yard space, open meadows, rock outcroppings and an outdoor fire pit. Located on a quiet country road in an area known for great biking and running. 1 mile from center of Germantown & Otto's Market. Close to Bard College, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, and Hudson. Less than 100 miles and 2 hours to NYC. Close to Amtrak in Hudson and Rhinebeck (both $25 via taxi or Uber).
