Walking distance to Spring Lake and Belmar beaches, shops, restaurants and everything the Jersey Shore has to offer!* Exterior of house boasts large backyard with barbeque and outdoor shower.* Great for families with small children; this house is kid friendly* Located in very quiet, friendly and family-oriented neighborhood* On-site parking for 3-4 cars.* 2 Spring Lake Beach Passes included* Patio Set* Central Air Conditioning* Towels and bed linens provided.* No Groups, No Smoking, No pets Please.
