Lower level features a rec room with pool table, love seat, pull-out sofa, & futon as well as two bedrooms and full bathroom. New (2022) Weber gas grill will make for some delicious family feasts. Large, flat yard allows you to bring any yard game you can imagine. Top it off with the perfect shallow, sandy frontage, and lakeside fire pit. Renting or bringing a boat? New dock added in 2022 and the boat landing is only 0.2 miles away!***3 brand new kayaks including paddles and life vests added for 2023!For snowmobilers, there is a lower level mud room with a separate entrance providing a convenient place for changing and storing all your gear.
