This unit has a large paved driveway with basketball hoop (shared with the neighbors). Go karts, bike trails, and mini-golf are nearby. Stay here once and you will want to make Sunset Retreat an annual vacation spot!The lake frontage is sandy and is great for swimming! This unit is located on a quiet road that winds through the woods. Little St. Germain Lake is a premium lake known for spring fed water, good water clarity, and a healthy population of musky, bass, crappie, bluegill, northern pike, perch, and walleye.
