Wake up to beautiful views and spend your days outside, in the yard, or on the water. Situated on Upper Buckatabon Lake, you'll have all sorts of water activities at your fingertips - including swimming, fishing, and boating. During the fall, you'll be surrounded by trees with changing colors. Throughout winter, the snowmobile trails are just down the road, with easy access right from this home. If you're up for a short drive, Eagle River has plenty of restaurants and shops only 15 miles away. Upper Buckatabon Lake is a 493-acre lake and has a maximum depth of 47 feet. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Walleye. The lake's water is moderately clear.Inside, the high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows allow ample light to flood into the entire home creating an inviting ambiance. When mealtimes come around, there is a full kitchen with a large island perfect for cooking for larger groups. Cozy moments inside are best spent in front of the great room's fireplace or in one of the four bedrooms, equally decorated for everyone's comfort with high-quality linens and tasteful decorations. Additional interior features you'll love include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a collection of board games.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking or partying is permitted anywhere on the premises.Please note that there are inactive security cameras located at the entrances and on the screened porch - the owners activate the cameras only when the property is vacant.The garage is not for guest use.This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Security camera details: There are three security cameras on-site. All are deactivated while guests are present.Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
