Relax at night star gazing around the wood burning fire pit.ABOUT THE HOMEThe 6 bedroom, 4 full and 2 half baths, 3,000 square foot home features beautiful views and a warm, open floor plan over three levels. Enjoy rustic modern finishes and high end furnishings with a stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, hardwood floors, brand new natural stone countertops, and Viking, Bosch & Sub Zero appliances. The lower level boosts a one of a kind rustic bar, electric fire place, large smart TV and a game room that will provide family fun for hours. Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful view from the deck, patio, or dock. You can also relax on the screened-in porch on a cozy sofa or enjoy a meal at the dining table. The deck includes a gas grill and Traeger for guests usePark your boat on our private dock for the week. The public boat launch is less than five minutes away. If it’s rainy, enjoy a movie on one of the nine flat screen TV’s or enjoy the games and puzzles provided. In the evenings, enjoy the panoramic views while dinner cooks on the gas grill. Do some fishing off the dock, watch the sunset with a glass of wine from the screened-in porch, or make s’mores while sitting around the fire pit.THE PROPERTYThe Bear Path Lodge provides a large two acre wooded lot with gorgeous lake views. The house is located on the west side of Little Spider Lake on highway 51, yet set back for ultimate privacy. Little Spider Lake is family friendly and great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, floating, tubing, jet skiing, and water skiing. This house is also prime location for all seasons of sports including hiking and snow shoeing in the winter. One of the biggest draws to this home is its proximity to some of Vilas County’s 700 miles of snow mobile trails. One of the trails crosses the end of its driveway for easy access! You are located only minutes from dozens of ATV trails as well. The property allows for plenty of parking for any of your recreational vehicles.We understand that the stairs to the lake are not always easy. For everyone's convenience a Hill Hiker inclined electric elevator system was recently. This will allow for access for all to the lake and brand new shoreline deck.THE LOCATIONThe Bear Path Lodge is the perfect location for those that want the feeling of seclusion in the North Woods yet only minutes to “everything”. Minocqua is only fifteen minutes away and a hot spot especially in the summer for family fun and entertainment. There are ski shows, lumber jack competitions, and state hiking trails. Enjoy the charming downtown area with shopping and great restaurants/breweries.OTHER CONSIDERATIONSYou will find high speed WiFi throughout the house. For those that are looking to combine a week of vacation with a little work as well we have a private area in the lower level bedroom with desk, chair, and printer if needed.We offer a fully furnished kitchen including dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee brewer, Keurig, crock pot, blender, and basic pantry items. Individual condiments are provided for guests as well.We provide bed linens, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. For those with little ones a pack and play is available for use. Life jackets in various sizes, beach towels, floaties and a cooler are provided for lake use. You will also find a floating lily pad water mat for swimming off the dock, fishing rods, kayaks and paddle boards.Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras of the driveway, front porch, shed, and facing the dock. They do not look into any interior spacesTHE LAYOUTThe first level of the home features an open kitchen, coffee bar, dining and main living space. The focal point of this open room is a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and a wall of glass overlooking the lake. You will find multiple ways to access to the beautiful screened in porch with dining and comfortable seating area. Also, you will find a powder room and a laundry with washer and dryer. A secondary washer and dryer are also located in the garage. The master bedroom is located on the main floor with king bed, and attached bathroom and access to the deck that overlooks the lake.Head down the open staircase to the lower level where you’ll find an amazing game room with a pool table, ping pong, dart board, arcade games, shuffle board table and foosball! Enjoy a drink at the rustic custom bar with live edge wood top. Warm up by the electric fireplace to watch a movie or a game. Also in the lower level you will find a private bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The second floor offers three bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms. Over the garage is an additional bunk room. This is a great hang out space for the kids. It sleeps 10 with two queen over queen rustic wood bunk beds and a single king bed. The bunk room also includes its own half bath.15 minutes directly north on Hwy 51 from Minocqua
