Pet-friendly Magnolia + Fishing & Trails Located within Sandy Creek Farms 400+ acres of gorgeous Tennessee countryside. The property includes lots of wildlife and a 20-acre lake stocked for fishing! The perimeter of the property has 10+ miles of trails to enjoy. ATVs and/or golf carts are allowed. Our geo-referenced map will help you navigate through the trails and property. There are two laundry facilities, a orangerie, and a fitness center. The perfect setting for fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, and those that want to relax!Inside is a comfortable living room area with a wood-burning stove, a big-screen TV, and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with an oven, refrigerator, and everything needed to cook a full meal. The spare bedroom includes a newly added twin/full bunk bed and a big-screen TV. The newly updated master bedroom has a king-size bed, a big-screen TV, and a private main bathroom with closet space. Just outside of the Magnolia is a private firepit with patio furniture, a large parking area, and a gas grill. The firewood is included during your stay. Recently added is a wood-fenced-in area for pets and privacy.
