Mountain views with comforts of home. 5 minute drive to mountain! This is a family-friendly with comforts of home well located condo (split-duplex) which sleeps five. A skier's paradise with easy access to Sunday River mountain. The master bedroom has view of the mountain. There is an open floor plan downstairs with living room a fire place with wood available. Two bathrooms with sauna on ground floor and indoor whirlpool tub upstairs. There is a Roku TV and wi fi. PLEASE NOTE: Description lists property as having 4 "bedrooms". We have noted there are 2 futons in the living room which is showing as a separate bedroom. TO BE CLEAR, we only have 3 bedrooms in addition to sleeping accommodations in the living room. From the house there are walking trails some which follow river to nearby covered bridge. Depending on snow cover may need snow shoes to get to bridge. Also explore cross country ski trails in the near vicinity of Bethel. Close to market, shops, and restaurants. There is also hiking, water falls to explore, and bike/kayak rentals in the summer.
