The 4,440 square foot home spans two levels with the kitchen, living room, family room, and one bathroom on the main floor including polished concrete floors throughout. The second floor has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including the main bedroom with two balconies providing an enviable view. The large, designer kitchen, with its island in the shape of a half-moon and gleaming stainless steel, is custom-built for lots of “cooks in the kitchen” and any home chef who likes to entertain. The wrap around patio lies only a few feet from the water, thanks to the 190 feet of private shoreline. There is plenty of outdoor space on the 3.5 acre property on this quiet lane. Enjoy dining outside on the lakefront or in the large screened-in room with fireplace and lake views.
