House on two acre wooded lot Modern, three bedroom ranch home on two acre wooded lot just 1 mile from I43 and 15 minutes to Kohler and Sheboygan. Master bedroom has king bed and in suite bathroom; bedroom 2 has queen bed and bedroom 3 has king bed. Rooms 2 and 3 share a full bath. Deck, fire pit and beautiful views await you and your family!This is a great home, one story, with open concept living. The yard offers plenty of space for children, outdoor games and evening star gazing with a fire pit and wood. Easy access to I 43 provides convenience and a location that allows folks to visit area attractions but then escape to quiet at the end of the day. We are 15 minutes to Sheboygan or Kohler and 25 minutes to Elkhart Lake. Great spots inlcude Bookworm Gardens, Kohler Design Center, all the Kohler signature golf courses-Whistling Straits and Blackwolf Run. The lake is a one mile walk to the east. Wild turkeys roam the yard daily. You will love your stay here, especially if you want to get away from it all at the end of a busy day. Guest accessThe entire first floor of the home which includes a washer and dryer. All outdoor areas with the exception of the garage.Other things to note-Sometimes there is low level highway noise depending on wind direction. Windows closed with A/C on can minimize. Occasional well pump noise under north end bedrooms. Huge circle drive with plenty of parking. Neighboorhood as blacktop roads but no sidewalks. The lake levels are high as of winter 2020 but it is a one mile walk and there are back roads for getting out and about on foot or bike. Oostburg is 2 miles away for groceries, bakery, coffee shop, subway, pizza and local restaurant and gas stations. We are one mile off of I 43 which runs north/south.
