The first guest bedroom offers a king-size bed and ensuite with a granite stand-alone shower, while the second guest bedroom features a TV and ensuite with a shower/tub combination.An entertainment room on the second floor boasts a loft style with a sectional couch, mounted TV, stereo system, and pool table, ideal for relaxation.Step onto the outdoor deck to appreciate the beauty of Vail Valley, with views of the slopes and distant peaks. Tucked between the aspen groves, this fine food establishment offers a full culinary experience in the heart of Beaver Creek’s mountains.- Exploring the quaint town of Avon, which runs along the Eagle River. Window-shop, dine, or go out for some casual nightlife in this charming mountain village. WHAT TO KNOW- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
