The Lakeside Cabin Vacation Rental Is located on the south end of Chief Lake of The Chippewa Flowage (Steaven's Point) and is ideally located on a large bay facing southeast. And has views of two islands and pristine wooded shoreline across the bay. The cabin sleeps four comfortably. The bedrooms are one queen and two twin nicely furnished bedrooms. The bathroom has tile shower and finished in knotty pine and decorated with an up north style. The cabin consists of two bedrooms, one 3/4 bath, living room, dinning table which seats six and a spacious fully furnished kitchen remodeled in 2021. The yard is nicely landscaped with a northwoods style of rocks and boulders with accents of color in a variety of perennial and annual flowers. ~it is our hope to have others enjoy relaxation and the peaceful surroundings of the Big Chip and Northwoods. You can enjoy morning sunrises and the sounds & sights of loons. There are loons, bald eagles, otters, bears & deer that can be seen if you happen to be in the right place at the right time. So, keep a watchful eye and enjoy the moment. The Chippewa Flowage has 17,000 acres of water, over 200 miles of shoreline and has 140 islands. This is the largest wilderness lake in Wisconsin. This body of water has many fish species; musky, northern pike, walleye, perch, crappie, pan fish & bass. Our cabin has a 32 foot private aluminum dock & there is a fire pit with lots of campfire wood furnished. We are excited for our next season and welcome back those who stayed last summer and those new families we look forward to meeting for the first time. A list of area Businesses we support and hope you do too during your stay is kept on the fridge with details of bait, lic, food.We offer standard sleeping for up to 4 persons, a 32 ft private dock, campfire wood, 15 ft Old Town Canoe, two 12 ft Sundolphin kayaks, one 10 ft Sundolphin kayak, 12 ft row boat, four life jackets and safety cushions, charcoal grill and fish cleaning station with running water.
