Because you're on the first floor you have easy access to the pool and are steps away from the workout facility. This condo has been completely remodeled in late spring of 2016! Everything was replaced. Beds, linens, furniture, kitchen essentials...everything! The pull out sofa beds have memory foam mattress so they feel as comfortable as a regular bed. This is truly a gem.
