With stunning views of Pioneer Peak, and the Butte right in your front yard. Enjoy hiking, biking, and exploring from this convenient cozy cottage! This updated cottage has four bedrooms with one and a half baths. It was recently updated and is a shared property. This home is large and very cozy for relaxing after skiing, hiking Lazy Mountain or Pioneer Peak. It is a great base camp for those seeking Alaskan adventure and authenticity. Here you are close to hiking, fishing, shopping, great food and all the excursions Alaska has to offer. Need recommendations for tours, local trails or eateries? We've got you. We pride ourselves in customer service and guest interaction to make your stay customized.The Tustin House is about a 10- minute drive from Palmer, Alaska. Palmer is home to some of the best views, hospitality and culture that our visitors have come back for time and time again. Take your pick of walking around town enjoying our cafes, attending the local farmers market on Fridays and the fall fair. Matanuska Glacier is an easy drive north for either a self-guided or guided tour. On the opposite end of the valley you have countless tours out at Knik Glacier. Looking for a good thrill, head 15 minutes up Lazy Mountain for a breath-taking day ziplining on the tandem multi zip course over the river and in the treetops. Alaska provides endless opportunities all easily accessible from this cute little cottage. In the wine you are a short drive away from the new local ski spot at the famed Hatcher Pass, Skeetawk. If you love fat-tire biking, you will love biking out to the Knik Glacier for a mind-blowing day on the ice. The opportunities are endless here right from the front door of the Tustin House.
