Featuring covered porches, a 6 person hot tub, and fire pit. The lodge also boasts 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and accommodates up to 14 adults/children. The minimum age to rent is 25 w/ proof of id. For adult-only stays, we are capped at a maximum of 11 guests; and all adults must be age 25+.Regarding family friendly activities: you will find a generous and flat front yard on this dead end street, a game room with foosball, air hockey, ping pong, board games, and large screen tvs w/ satellite. Just a short drive to Hocking Hills State Park, this bear-themed lodge is a terrific option for family gatherings. PAYMENT DETAILS: Half of the lease total is due at your time of booking. 30 days prior to your stay, the remainder is processed using the card on file. If you book within the 30 day window, the total is due at your time of booking.IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING: Closely check your email (including junk/spam folders) for the reservation request email with further details from: "[email protected]". We require additional information to confirm the stay.This pet-friendly and tastefully decorated black bear themed lodge is situated on just over 4 wooded acres on a quiet residential street and includes 5 bedrooms, 3 full and one half bathrooms. Enjoy the well-appointed kitchen that leads into the dining room or living room with a wood burning fireplace. The front and back of the home provide covered porches to relax and enjoy some time sitting, visiting, rocking, and eating outside.Further amenities include a six person hot tub, outdoor fire pit with seating, game room on lower level, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, board games, and large screen televisions with satellite programming. A short drive to Hocking Hills State Park and attractions makes this a terrific option for family gatherings, groups of friends, girls' weekends, or smaller corporate functions.
