Everything associated with a starter level home has been upgraded with something better or improved to a standard most anyone could be comfortable with. It has two primary sleeping rooms and a movie room. It has two parking spaces, one in driveway and one in the street. My truck stays in the garage. The movie room has a sofa sleeper so the third bedroom could bring the sleeping potential to six (6). Four adults with two children would work well. The movie room has a full size bed not a queen so it would be small for two adults.
