Bring a hammock to hang over the creek, relax on the deck enjoying the fresh mountain air... Cozy Creek is the ideal family friendly getaway! We do allow up to 3 dogs; pet fee goes down from $75 for 1, to $50/each if more than 1. We know that it can get expensive to board so we try to make it affordable!Guests will enter the home via keyless pin pad on door on the side of the house!Starter pack included:-Two in One Shampoo/Conditioner-Bar Body Soap-k cups/tea bagsplease note these are starter items and are not intended to get you through your entire stay. Dollywood- 17 milesPigeon Forge- 14 milesGatlinburg- 22 milesDowntown Knoxville- 16 milesWe are on a well! We upgraded our water system and tanks beginning of 2023, however, when the house sits vacant for weeks at a time there might be a faint smell of sulfur from the water sitting in the pipes. The upgrades we have made help tremendously but again, when the house sits empty and the water is not moving through the pipes, it can cause a smell. All you need to do is run the hot water for a good 5-10 minutes to get the water going. This is normal for a well in the mountains. Should you have any issues, please contact us! Please note, if entering from chapman highway, the neighbor at the front of that street used to haul scrap for a living and recently had a house fire- their yard looks like a junk yard. You CANNOT see this from our house. No one lives there, it is just an eye sore. ***There are security cameras on the OUTSIDE of the home to monitor the home while it is NOT occupied.
