After exciting days out, return home and settle into one of three comfortable living areas where you can stream your favorite channels or play a few of the many provided board games into the evening.Outdoors, head out on the sparkling waters of Minocqua Lake in your kayak or canoe, cast a line and fish for bass, walleye, and musky, settle back on your rear deck and enjoy the view and the fresh air with a good book, and then close out your days gathered around the firepit while you tell stories, roast s'mores, and spot the constellations overhead.THINGS TO KNOWStreaming TV services require guest accounts to access.A 4x4 or equivalent is recommended to reach this home in winter.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.Dock details: Dock is roughly 40 ft long and around 4ft deep and end. There is open water during the winter months around the dock, please avoid. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
