Running on solar power and offering a secluded location, this cabin is perfect for those seeking a haven away from the stresses of everyday life and a home base for all the outdoor activities!Homestead is one of three properties on the Loon Rapid's Lodge estate. The other properties include Eagle's Nest, which offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests, and the newest property Raven's Nest, a new construction in 2023, offers 1 bedroom, a loft, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests. Rent Eagle's Nest, Raven's Nest, and Homestead to have your private, off-the-grid, ultimate getaway.We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.Special property notes:* This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.* There are three vacation rental units on the premises, and there may be other travelers present during your stay. The outdoor gear and property is shared among the three houses.* This home has 3 exterior security cameras located on the roof, the hill, and the driveway. They do not see into any interior spaces.*Please be aware that our vacation rental property is off the grid, and as a result, the internet and Wi-Fi connection are quite limited. Streaming or relying heavily on internet-dependent activities are likely not be feasible during your stay.
