The basement has a bar, shuffleboard table along with a 1/2 bath and washer/dryer. Completely reconstructed upper level loft with cathedral ceilings has 3 queen beds and one twin bed and a full bathroom with walk in shower.You are required to provide your bedding, linens and towels. We provide garbage bags, paper towel and TP. You are required to drop off your garbage at the town dump 2 miles away as there is no curbside pickup in the area.We do allow one dog if they are monitored and cleaned up after both in the house and outside.The house is licensed for 8 people staying at the house.
