Great shopping and excellent dining options in Newburyport just about 20 minutes north or Essex which is about 15 minutes away! There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and two bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom has amazing views with a private deck overlooking Cranes Beach and Plum Island. Wrap around deck with water views and outdoor speakers on first level makes for relaxing dining and hanging out. The kitchen is outfitted with brand new appliances including a Viking Range for those who love to cook.
